I was told by my lawyer that Crime Victims Board would pay anything that had to do with my attack, and my insurance will not pay. The kid that tried to kill me with a hammer for being gay was only 15 years old, so I accept, but they refused to make my house wheelchair accessable, also for a transplant because it was not FDA approved. I was never told it had to be. also to get exercise and to take an online class. If I knew they would not help me unless they felt like it, I would have taken the kid to court, because he made my life hell, not worth living.
